RAINSOFT TERRITORY MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY

The main focus of the Home Depot Territory Manager is to deliver qualified leads to the company (Aqua Resolution, LLC) by generating leads from Home Depot stores by meeting with Home Depot management, training store associates, gathering and entering lead information from store into crm, hiring, training, and managing manned sweepstakes personnel, as well as generating leads through their own efforts.

TRAINING PERIOD

The initial training period will last for 4 weeks. During this time, the Lead Generator is required to become proficient at generating leads using all of the existing marketing programs. During this period, you will be paid at $18 per hour and expected to learn the positions you are to manage. The Lead Generator will receive regular training as well as materials, manuals, etc. to succeed. At the end of the training period, you will be evaluated on your lead generation skills and overall ability. Additional training may be provided for a candidate exhibiting good attendance, attitude, and effort, but may need more time to master production skills. There is no bonus during the training period.

FULL STATUS

After successful completion of the training period, the Lead Generator will be responsible but not limited to the following:

Weekly Responsibilities per Home Depot Store

Travel to each Home Depot and spend a minimum (2) hours in each store.

Meet with Home Depot management and department heads to discuss programs

Train all store associates to make sure they are familiar with our programs and can enter leads into the Home Depot system

Gather and enter lead information from store (sweepstakes leads) into RainSoft customer mgt. software.

Hire, train, and manage two teams of (2) for manned sweepstakes personnel to work on weekends

Self-generate leads through your own efforts while in each store. A minimum of 2 per store per week is required.

You will also be responsible for regular updates and reports to your Director of Marketing and General Manager.

The bonus structure for this period is as follows.

All bonuses will be paid out every other Friday (on regular paydays). Each week is considered a separate period for bonus purposes. Time sheets for you and your team are due each week on Mondays no later than 9am. Weekly reports (as requested) are due at the same time.

Lead Generator Bonus

100-200 qualified leads in a week $0.50 (50 cents) per lead each week

201-300 qualified leads in a week $0.70 (70 cents) per lead each week

301-400 qualified leads in a week $0.80 (80 cents) per lead each week

401-500 qualified leads in a week $0.90 (90 cents) per lead each week

501 + qualified leads in a week $1.00 per lead each week

SALES BONUS

The Lead Generator will receive a $25 bonus per sale (3 piece or above) for any store directly managed.

GAS ALLOWANCE

You will receive a gas allowance of $5.00 per visit to each Home Depot store.

OTHER NOTES AND REQUIREMENTS

You will be required to work between 30 and 40 hours per week at various locations as determined by the director or General Manager. Any overtime must be approved in advance. Meetings will be required from time to time at our office in Lombard.
