PouchMark, a rapidly growing division of leading industrial printer manufacturer FlexPackPRO, is looking for a Business Development Manager to take sales to the next level!

We've opened a new PouchMark HQ outside of Charlotte, NC and this is a key position that we're eager to fill immediately.

PouchMark designs "on-demand" printing systems for companies selling products in pouches and other flexible packaging. Our systems print "variable information", like barcodes, expiration dates, ingredients, etc., directly onto pouches, flat boxes and flexible packaging materials. Pouches are the fastest growing segment of the packaging market, and PouchMark is breaking new ground with its innovative equipment.

This is predominantly an INSIDE sales position, with light travel as required. All candidates must be:

• Positive and patient, with a bright disposition.
• Articulate and engaging, both on the phone and in face-to-face settings.
• Excited to learn new product lines, and eager to start selling ASAP after starting.
• Extremely comfortable calling and “Zooming” with prospects and customers.

Preferred additional qualifications:

• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.
• High comfort level communicating at all levels of a customer or prospect (warehouse, sales, tech, C-suite, etc.).
• Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently.
• Excellent consultative selling skills (good listener, patient and calm under pressure).
• Reliable and cooperative.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary + Commission + Benefits

• 8 hour shift
