Job Overview:

Grow Pro Agency is a digital marketing agency catering to a niche industry - Martial Art Academy Owners. As an appointment setter, you are responsible for setting appointments on behalf of our clients using the inbound leads that they receive through our Marketing efforts. The bottom line function for this position is to set qualified appointments for our client’s businesses by utilizing our personalized onboarding experience. This position allows our clients’ Lead Generation efforts to thrive and provides a higher ROI. In addition to your base salary, we utilize a commission structure that allows you to control your earning potential.

- Comfortable making 100+ phone calls per day
- Experience taking Inbound and/or outbound calls (call center)
-Navigating and Utilizing Relevant programs/CRMs

Other Job Responsibilities:

- Client retention efforts through review of active campaign management and execution of consistent customer service

- Educating clients on campaign performance and return on investment received

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
