Job Description

I am a fast growing Allstate Insurance agency that offers very competitive pay, great benefits, training, and upward mobility. I am looking to add highly motivated sales professionals to my growing team. This position will be a sales position.

Responsibilities

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Prospect and contact potential customers

Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Help with marketing strategies to grow the business

Provide customers with accurate information regarding availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.

Connect with community members to develop referral sources and to enhance the agency brand in the community

Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – DESIRABLE:

· Previous sales experience is desirable

· Bilingual in Spanish would be a great benefit

EDUCATION:

Colorado Property and Casualty OR Personal Lines Licenses - Preferred

Pay: $38,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
