Solid Rock Realty is seeking motivated full time Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Colorado Springs! We welcome new and experienced agents alike.

As a Real Estate Agent you will be responsible for prospecting leads, showing properties, listing appointments, writing and negotiating contracts, coordinating inspections and repairs, and assisting Buyers and Sellers from start to closing.

Solid Rock Realty aims to provide ongoing training and weekly team meetings to ensure success among our team. Like a gold mine, we have a mountain of leads that needs mined (prospected) to find Buyers and Sellers that are ready to take action today. Being a Real Estate Agent is paid 100% on commission which means there is no ceiling to the amount of success you can achieve or how much you can earn.

General Job Description

• Daily lead prospecting.
• Answering the phone and responding to questions of Buyers and Sellers.
• Performing new Buyer consultations.
• Listing Appointments.
• Showing properties that interest Buyers.
• Scheduling Inspections, Appraisals, and Closing.
• Maintain a level of calmness in what can be a stressful transaction fro clients.

• Must have an active real estate license upon starting.
