Medicare Advantage ISNP Sales- Base salary plus commission – BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS

Longevity Health Plan is a rapidly growing Medicare Advantage Plan and is looking to add new talent to our team. Longevity Health Plan currently has operations in Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina, with plans to expand into additional states in the very near future. Due to our rapid growth, we have an immediate need for a Licensed Medicare Advantage ISNP Sales Executive in our Boston, MA Market.

Position Summary

The Licensed Medicare Agent is responsible for achieving monthly enrollment goals within assigned accounts throughout their territory. Licensed Medicare Agents will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key referral partners. The Local Market Lead, Account Manager, and Sales Director will work closely with the Sales Executive in Achieving sales goals.

Essential Functions

  • Define and develop sales opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Conduct benefit presentations to potential members.
  • Interact with Nursing Home facility staff, and educate them on Longevity Health Plan benefits and compliant prospecting. Daily lead management and documentation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships within assigned accounts that will refer potential leads.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment goals.
  • Timely and accurate application processing.
  • Participating in weekly Team Calls and submitting daily progress reports.
  • Adhere to company, State, and CMS ethics and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain an active Health Insurance Producer license (company reimbursement for Continuing Education and Licensure).
  • Successfully complete Annual AHIP Medicare + Fraud, Waste, and Abuse certification (company reimbursement).
  • Develop best practices to share across all markets.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Licensure

  • Valid Health Insurance Producer License.
  • Valid Driver License.and Proof of Automobile Insurance.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Travel within assigned territory.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • General knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office products and ability to quickly learn to use Contact Management software.
  • Comfortable working in a Skilled Nursing Home environment.

Due to the requirement for employees in this role to enter into nursing homes and be in close proximity to the most vulnerable of our population, it is required that the individuals in this role be 100% vaccinated for COVID-19 and receive booster vaccinations as they become available.

Candidates must meet the Company’s hiring criteria which include a pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screening.
