Roofing USA is hiring a Solar Sales Representative! Our Solar Sales Representatives work in a collaborative, fun team environment to help property owners and clients get premium solar solutions with the best customer experience around.

We are looking for a seasoned Solar Sales Rep with at least one year of experience. You’ll have the opportunity to capitalize on a company who has dominated the roofing industry! We provide the leads, we just ask you to stay motivated, and be coachable.

You’ll work with industry experts to learn the specifics of roofing components and the sales process to be fully equipped to serve clients to the highest degree possible.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 1 year of Solar Sales experience
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check
• Must be comfortable getting on a roof
• Full-time availability required

Job Responsibilities and Description:

This position revolves around optimizing the customer service experience in the first meeting, during installation, and after the job is complete. Our Solar Sales Representatives will be expected to meet minimum standards of performance and present themselves with integrity and professionalism at every appointment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
