We are hiring for a Sales Development Representative. This position is fully remote.

Job Summary: Priority for this position is to work in an ongoing relationship with clients for the purpose of enrolling them into training products, membership products, as well as supporting Membership Consultants by producing quality Business Consultations.


Duties:
(Additional Duties May Be Added as Needed)

  • Contact assigned database during a campaign to fill an event.
  • Contacts members or referrals on an ongoing relationship towards upgrading membership products, membership, or coaching.
  • Contact new agents towards selling them into training.
  • Contact 100+ Clients daily towards booking a Business Consultation.
  • Contact all referrals within 48 business hours of receiving referral.
  • Processes Orders.
  • Track Daily Numbers.
  • Works the assigned hours of a minimum 8 per day focusing on the market’s time zones assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, database applications and various business machines.
  • Basic knowledge of day-to-day office procedures.

Education and/or Experience:

  • One-year certificate from college or technical school.
  • Or one-year prior telemarketing experience in similar field.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
