Driveasy is an independent Dealership in Colorado Springs that sells a variety of used cars. Our goal is to change the way car buying is done. We are looking to add people to our team that have a strong belief in customer service to help us reach our goals. One of our biggest needs right now is someone to help serve our customers the second they step on the lot. We are trying to give our customers a true VIP experience and we're looking for people that love to serve others and make them happy.

We dont necesary requried expirience, but we are looking for the most energetic, enthusiastic and friendliest people to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive to the dealership.
• Attend Calls.
• Use your knowledge of Driveasy inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Offer and serve the customers complimentary snacks and beverages.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
• Collect payments from customers for our partner lender.
• Assist and support Sales Manager and other employees as needed.
• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture and values of Driveasy.
• Assist customers with sending over the required documents to our partnered lender

• Great listening skills and strong customer focus.
• High level of self-motivation
• Comfortable using social media and other computer programs.

Working Conditions (may add additional conditions specific to defined work location):/

• Full Time position. Schedule to include evenings, weekends and extended hours as business dictates.(Closed Sundays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
