Candidate shall have design, construction management, business management, and business marketing educational credentials with demonstrated past employment performance in designing, constructing, and selling of project solutions to prospective and repeat clients. Duties include, but are not limited to, second in command to president, providing daily leadership, management, achievement of global sales goals, and “Furniture Now” program goals, cash flow oversight, staff motivation, marketing, social media, prospective client interviewing, preparation of consulting and/or product sales contracts, field measuring, inputting of fieldwork into AutoCAD/SketchUp, preparation of floor plans and elevation base drawings, space planning analysis; furnishing and finish specifications, budget preparation, client presentation of solutions, budgets, and contracts, implementation of approved package, completion of drawing documents, coordination of subcontractors, project management, construction management, order tracking, installation scheduling, post project follow-through, and a multitude of administrative tasks supporting our sales involving the management of our design library, our showroom, vendor relationships, vendor quotas, and client records management. This is an all hands-on deck position with a tremendous future for a highly motivated and visionary candidate.

The candidate MUST hold a degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture or related field and have relevant past employment experience. Must have the ability to multitask and balance multiple projects at different stages of design, construction, and installation and have thorough knowledge of building construction. Candidate MUST be proficient in AutoCAD, QuickBooks, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, have the desire to flourish in a fast-paced professional work environment and enjoy being accountable for the performance of staff and for the satisfaction of the company’s clients. Candidate must provide own reliable transportation, own laptop capable of installing and processing company software and own reliable cell phone.

Base Salary plus Sales Commission
