About the Role
The Client Success Specialist role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your relationship management and sales skills. This role focuses on post-sales of Small-to-Medium Sized Business, to work efficiently and optimally with SMB merchants (not only restaurants) by deepening the relationship to increase retention as well as grow revenue and expand service. Account Managers are critical to retaining our highest value accounts, ensuring new partners are successful on our platform, and consult partners that have the potential to grow.
What You'll Do
- Daily phone outreach to top merchants to serve as a point of contact during the first 3 months of joining UberEats platform
- Responsible for educating, upselling marketing, troubleshooting, and proposing solutions to merchants
- Outreach to early-life cycle churned partners to retain them on the platform
- Completing outreach via email to pre-churn partners
- Collecting feedback daily and communicating weekly/monthly data to the Operations team including proposing resolutions to drive continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
- Demonstrating leadership among team members
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Organized & structural
- Seeking cross-functional relationships to capture takeaways
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as stakeholder management, consensus building, and project management

For Boston, MA-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is $31.98 per hour - $33.78 per hour. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
