JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

● Responsible for taking ownership of an individual sales quota, along with additional targets

● Prospect, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.

● Perform pain discovery and provide demos to potential customers interested in a first-hand look at our IT services and solutions.

● Demonstrate services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting the solutions best suited to their needs

● Provide consistent and timely follow up communication and action steps after every sales call

● Provide and present sales reporting including pipeline, progress, and anticipated closings.

● Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales collateral, email campaigns, and presentations.

● Evaluate and improve marketing initiatives by referencing past results.

● Identify new industry opportunities, understand competitive landscape, keep apprised of market trends

Qualifications

Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit with ​2+ years of experience in selling IT / technical products, services, and support

Proven track record of achieving sales goals and experience in building relationships to grow accounts in net new revenue

Ability to understand technical products and solutions, in order to sell MSP services, and cyber resilience solutions and services

● Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment

● Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, CRM and marketing automation tools

● Confident and articulate communicator who can take command of most business situations

● Ability to build rapport with people

Work Environment

This job is a hybrid position, operating remotely and in an office business environment.

Travel

Less than 20% travel, mostly concentrated in northeastern Ohio.

Education and Experience

● Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
