Cincinnati industrial supplies distributor with great reputation seeking an inside sales representative with many opportunities for advancement. Rocket Supply has been servicing the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana market area since 1977 and focuses on indexable tooling, abrasives, cutting tools, welding, and MRO supplies.

Position Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers using phone and email.
• Understand each customer's needs to provide an effective solution
• Develop customer relationships
• Quick response to customers' needs

Requirements:

• Available in the office Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30
• Team orientated and able to work with others
• Proactive communication
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products
• Strong typing skills
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• The ability to multitask
• Enthusiasm, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in an Inside Sales position is a plus.
