Closet Factory Boston is continuing to grow and we are hiring a Full Time In-Home Design Consultants to support that growth.

As the newest Design Sales Consultant at Closet Factory Boston, you are extremely important. You work from a home base but interact directly with clients in their home or workspace. You are the first step in taking them from chaos to customized organization. You are the catalyst to making their dream come true!

We provide paid training on everything from design solutions & the software used to following up on leads & closing sales. You will be given screened, qualified leads and meet with clients in their home or remotely depending upon the client's preference.

After listening carefully to your clients' needs, you will create a design that provides functional organization and looks like a custom work of art.

You will also be actively involved in managing the project from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidates will have 2 year of consultative sales experience (home improvement sales are a plus, but not required.
• If you don’t have sales experience, but are motivated, have the aptitude to learn and desire to succeed we would love to talk.
• Must be trainable/coach-able and personable
• Ability to close at least 50% of the leads you are given
• Excellent communication & collaborative skills as you will work closely with the office, production and installation teams
• The ability to overcome objections from clients and potential clients
• Ability to project manage
• Willing to meet with client's in the evenings and on Saturdays if need be
• Must be willing to meet clients in Boston and the South Shore
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license
