Full description of the position

Job Description of Sales/Office Representative:
The primary responsibility of the Sales/ Office Representative includes answering phone calls, keeping office organized and other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities of Sales/Office Representative:
  • Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads
  • Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
  • Resolves customer complaints and queries
  • Makes recommendations for the customer
  • Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates
  • Market vehicles via social media and other marketing outlets.
    • Perform Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
    • Answer phone calls
Education & Qualifications of Sales/Office Representative:
  • Minimum 18 yrs. of age or older.
  • Must pass background check and drug screen.
  • Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
  • Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
