Our Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our team. We are looking for sales associates for our Auto and Home Insurance business.

TOP PERFORMERS will have the opportunity to quickly move up the organization with the option of running your own Sales Team.

Quote and close sales on warm-transfer prospects. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial mindset
• 2 years sales experience preferred
• Property & Casualty License required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
