Skinister has a timely opportunity for an experienced inside salesperson to expand B2B sales of our popular medical adhesives, and to aggressively take market share following the withdrawal of a major competitor.

The company has been active in silicone manufacturing since 2013, and has annual B2C sales over $1M. A new line of skin-safe medical adhesives, launched earlier this year, has generated explosive growth, and the products have found use in the ostomy, mastectomy, diabetes, veterinary, and other markets.

There is a tremendous demand for B2B sales, as evidenced by daily inquiries from hospitals and commercial users. To facilitate the pivot to B2B, the company has already implemented Salesforce, Dealer Agreements, B2B web portal, MailChimp Dealer Newsletter, live inventory feed, and other helpful systems. The timing is ripe for an experienced salesperson to join our team, and to lead the development of B2B adhesive sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to work fulltime in Woodland, California.
• Identify and qualify new leads.
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads.

Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.

• Recommends changes in products, packaging, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Present monthly data-driven sales reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years sales experience, ideally within the medical industry.
• BA/BS degree with a concentration in marketing, advertising, or business administration preferred.
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Impeccable interpersonal skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
