Express Employment of Downey is seeking a BILINGUAL BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES REP to join our INTERNAL TEAM!!!! The ideal candidate is outgoing, competitive, eager to learn, a self-starter, honest, and seeking growth within a company!

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM to 5PM

Pay: $23.00 an hour + commission (mileage/car allowance TBD)

Responsibilities:

• Effectively meet with decision-makers to assess needs and to secure accounts
• Take the lead in coordinating ongoing sales activities
• Research accounts, establish meetings, and coordinate presentations as needed, focusing on prospect’s needs
• Meet with the inside team daily to ensure sales and recruiting are in sync and clients’ needs are being met
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the staffing and placement services as well as pricing techniques and strategies
• Classify prospects and set the appropriate call frequency based on potential business
• Perform other related duties as necessary and assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years experience in outside sales preferred
• Bilingual is REQUIRED (fluent English and Spanish)
• Adaptable to needs of the job and strong willingness to learn
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Must be able to work effectively under stress of daily travel, deadlines, commitments, and client problems
• Must be able to operate a vehicle (valid state driver’s license REQUIRED)
• Climb stairs and carry necessary marketing materials, gifts, and supplies
• Occasional out of town travel for meetings or training required
• Able to work independently AND as a TEAM player
• Strong work ethic & organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
