Full description of the position

DiBara Masonry is looking for an experienced masonry and concrete specialist who can sell to a mid-high market. You need to have hands-on experience of construction materials, pricing, and installation methods needed to sell projects to clients who also have a good understanding of construction. You are required to have a telephone discussion with the prospect and quote a ballpark figure based on the photos and the conversation. You will then conduct an on-site recce to finalize the scope of construction work and pricing with the client. A formal proposal would then be sent to the client, including the price and a summary of the scope of work. A detailed formal contract is provided upon the client’s confirmation.

You will be responsible for dealing with third-party vendors such as structural engineers, permit expeditors, and landscape designers. The purview of this role will also include matching materials for repairs and selecting materials for new construction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Attend virtual consultations and client site visits & meticulously intake project scope details
• Secure all relevant information to submit detailed bids including materials identification
• Manage client relationships with partner vendors including landscape designers, architects, engineers, irrigation specialists, etc.
• Prepare detailed bids for submission according to pricing formulas
• Deploy strategies to meet monthly sales targets
• Provide regular counsel to clients & continue to build relationships until sold job
• Prepare contract & invoice for the client
• Conduct weekly meetings with Project Management to transition approved bids to the strategic planning phase

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 10+ years of on-field masonry and concrete experience (mostly in residential projects)
• Proven customer service experience
• Computer and technology proficiency
• Expert knowledge of the trade, including block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, machine work, precast, repointing, drainage, waterproofing, and blueprints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
