Overview

In search of experienced Maintenance and Leasing and Professional for growing family owned property management company. Organization currently manages apartment units, town houses, and single family homes in Illinois.

Qualified applicant would be required to to preform routine and preventative maintenance, guide potential tenants on property tours and assist management with other tenant and maintenance related activities.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Must have basic tools
• Must have a cellpone
• Must be able to bend, twist, squat, lift 50 pounds, and be on feet eintire shift
• Must be proficiant in basic computer operations. Internet, eamil, internet based form completion
• Comitted to normal working hours and a set schedule
• Participation in nights and weekend on-call rotation

Job Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, heating systems, cooling systems, drywall repairs, general property maintenance
• Preform simple tours of apartments and common areas for potential tenants
• Maintain friendly, courteous relations with current and potential tenants, company employees, and outside conctractors
• General clean up and trash removal
• Document and electronically submit material needs for repairs, renovations and move outs
• Collecting rents/entering data into software
• Tenant lead follow up via phone calls, texting, and email
• Assist with tenant communications
• Complete other reasonable property and tenant related tasks that management or ownership requires

Salary

• $18.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
