Full description of the position

We’re looking to enhance our team with a dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist families in securing home and auto insurance coverage. Your role in protecting families will include reviewing policies, answering questions, and serving as their primary point of contact for any future needs.

Your role in protecting families will include:

• Processing client inquiries including cancellations, declarations page requests, mortgagee requests, policy rating, and identification card requests, adding/deleting vehicles, etc.
• Fielding all incoming client traffic and proactively calling clients when necessary to obtain additional information
• Matching incoming insurance applications with the proper documentation needed
• Following up with clients on outstanding service requests as needed
• Working with multiple carriers to provide the best insurance coverage to our customers
