Serenity Roofing & Construction is seeking enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. The Outside Sales Representative should be able to generate leads as well as present to customers to encourage and drive sales. We are family owned and operated. Our core values: Honesty, Integrity and Doing Things the Right Way! We are passionate about what we do and go above and beyond to assist our customers. We value previous outside sales experience, but do not require. We will train the RIGHT candidates!

Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Climb ladders and walk roofs to perform inspections
• Meet with insurance adjusters
• Document claims in CRM
• Assist customers throughout the entire insurance claims process

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have organizational skills
• Must be a team player
