Full description of the position

We are a sign business located in Burbank, CA. Our work includes manufacturing, repairing, and installing signs. We primarily manufacture and install school signs with LED display boards. Our additional work is repairing commercial sign cabinet, lights, and neon. We are looking for a sales associate to handle sales of our school projects. We ask that the sales associate starts Monday through Friday. Please note that the responsibilities are not limited to the list below.

• Call schools and promote electronic signs to the principles or to whom it may concern.
• Follow-up with existing clients.
• Create a sample drawing in CorelDraw of the proposed sign: a wall, monument, or pole sign. Similarly, design the sign to be superimposed in a realistic setting such as in front of building or lawn.
• Create a proposal from sample quotes in QuickBooks (accounting program) for the proposed sign or for a specific school project.
• Create a spreadsheet in Excel to log all contacts, follow ups, and records.

Preferences:

• Knowledge in the following programs: CorelDraw (graphic design), QuickBooks (accounting), and Microsoft Word and Excel
