1099 Outside Sales Rep

This role will involve advising on, and selling, the Stiltz range of home lifts to clients in private residences throughout South Florida including West Palm, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, the Keys, Naples, and Sanibel island to name a few major cities.

You will be provided with a mixture of confirmed appointments and leads which may be converted to appointments. We would also expect you to seek other avenues for sales as your time allows.

Appointments and leads will be primarily supplied from the Stiltz USA Headquarters in Bethlehem, PA. You will be required to follow up with and attend customer appointments as soon as possible and attempt to close the sale as soon as possible, ideally on the first call. You will work closely and collaboratively with Stiltz USA HQ to ensure all leads and customers are worked as efficiently as possible. Good sales administration is essential. Stiltz USA HQ will book all appointments to a shared calendar. You must block off days you are not available for appointments.

Compensation

The role is commission based. We will pay you as follows, regardless of the lift model you sell.

For a lift sold at full price on-site or within 72 hours of the visit.

For a lift discounted by up to $500 (must be approved by Stiltz USA 250 and us 250)

For a lift discounted by up to $1000 (must be approved by Stiltz usa 500 and us 500)

• Base commission$900
• 72 hour or less close bonus$100

• Commissions will be paid as follows
• 65% on order
• 35% when the lift is installed and fully paid

• 1st 30-60 days commissions will be paid up front in full to allow you to build your pipeline

As a 1099 you may decide to write off your miles on your taxes. As well as a lot of other deductibles you can write off as a 1099. Consult your accountant for best advice.

Appointment bookings- appointments provided by Stiltz USA will be booked on a shared calendar attached to the email address that will be provided. Any days you aren’t available you will have to block off your schedule on the calendar. Stiltz USA likes to book the appointment for us because it gives us a commitment vs us trying to contact them later and them not answering the phone. They set the appointment for either 10am or 2pm but if you prefer something different let us know. On the booking you will find qualification questions and answers and brief description about the app. 24-48 hours after every app you will need to send us an email with how the appointment went and expect close date or if it is sale unlikely.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
