Labor Solutions, LLC is now seeking an Outside Sales Representatives to join our organization in the St. Paul, MN area! Labor Solutions is a proven leader in the staffing industry. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing long lasting relationships with new customers and maintaining/gaining market share within existing accounts in assigned territories. Responsible for developing long lasting relationships with new customers. Relationships are developed via cold calling, walk-ins and referrals that result in significant sales per account on a year to year basis. Optimal target accounts result in sales of $100,000.00 or more per year and no less than $50,000.00 per year.
PAY: 45K + Commission

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all aspects of job profile and aspects of sales cycle, activities and results.
- Manage a variety of sales cycle ranging from immediate needs, to a few years.
- Prospect potential customers by cold-calling, following up with referrals, and doing walk-in's on a weekly basis.
- Prioritize when prospecting, qualifying and opening new accounts.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of levels of decision makers within an organization.
- Present and sell company services to new and existing customers.
- Develop and concise rate sheets, proposals and contracts that reflect both the customer and Labor Solutions agreed upon expectation and requirements.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Follow up with customers to discover any "pain & issues" and translate those into real world dollars.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
- Keep a close working relationship with the office staff to keep them updated on customer requirements.
- Manage our internal database up to date.
- Perform quarterly or yearend reviews to determine an future effective plan.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years previous experience in sales B2B preferably in industrial sales (manufacturing).
- Must have a Bachelors Degree.
- Clean driving record, and clean background check.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills & strong communication skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented, self motivated.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision both in the office and in the field
- Willing to work non-traditional hours if required to meet goals.
- Ability to get passed gatekeepers either on the phone during cold calls or in person
- Strong Analytical Skills
Job Type: Full-time
