A New Berlin distributor of equipment, and tools for the automotive and construction industry is looking for a inside sales candidate. Must have good customer service skills as you will be responsible for managing accounts and customer’s orders. You will also generate new business by emails and phone calls. You will research new sales leads and enter information into customer management system. You will process orders for customers and give updates on shipping. Candidates should have some experience in customer service or sales. Experience with tools, automotive/trucking/construction industry is a plus.
