Gunderson, Inc. is growing rapidly and expanding our sales territory, and adding a Sales Representative to our team. This position is based at our New Berlin, WIlocation. We are seeking a Sales Representative who wants to improve your own and others' self-development while working in a family-owned business built on values. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, providing product samples, presenting programs, and meeting a sales quota. We strongly believe that investing in you provides you with the tools for success. We believe in hands-on training and continuously making improvements to better serve our employees, customers, and community. Bring your:
- 3 years+ of new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Hunter sales mentality - goal-driven, self-motivated
- Ability to work independently is a must
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- A relentlessly positive attitude
- Strong listening skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
We’ll provide:
- Competitive Pay + Commission package including a $65,000/year salary plus uncapped commissions. Anticipated first-year earnings at plan are in excess of $90,000 per year, with average 3rd year earnings in the six figures!

You will be a success in this role with our company if you can do the following:
- Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
- Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead-generation campaigns
- Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, and product presentations and drive new business
- Manage all aspects of the sales process including assessing customer needs, negotiating sales contracts, and closing new accounts.
- New Account Installs – fully engaged through first delivery; ensures no problems with the delivery, billing, and payables before complete handoff to Account Management and Route Service Team.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
