Full description of the position

Answer in-bound calls in a polite and professional manner
Be proficient and professional in dealing with customers via telephone as well as in person
Have ability to communicate via email professionally
Schedule appointments
Meet and greet the customer in a professional manner
Effectively utilize CRM, phone systems and lead management tools
Be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers’
Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
Maintain a neat and orderly appearance of yourself and work areas
Ability to understand and present figures

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver’s license and a GOOD driving record. Professional appearance. Excellent communication skills. Steady work history, understand sense of urgency relative to ensure customer satisfaction and business needs.

Pay: $400.00 - $401.00 per week
