Hire Point is a local staffing agency providing employment services to NYC for 20 years! We are currently seeking a Client program Manager/Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 3 + years of experience in Recruiting , Client Staffing, HR or any similar role. This individual will sit onsite at one of our Client's location, develop an extensive talent pool by forecasting and managing daily staffing needs depending on production and any other related hr duties.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Safety and new hire Orientation/Trainings
• Employee tracking (ie., attendance, sick pay, time off, hours worked reports etc.)
• Create and maintain daily/weekly reports
• Perform daily employee check-ins
• Monitor time clock and punches; register new hires in timeclock
• Address any concerns with shift supervisors and plant manager

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Recruiter / Client Program Management / Client Onsite Manager
• Previous experience in the staffing industry preferred
• Knowledge of Human Resources best practices
• Knowledge of employment law and EEOC
• Previous ATS experience
• Typing speed of 60 WPM
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Bachelors Degree Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
