Full description of the position

BMT USA is hiring a Regional Sales Representative to prospect, nurture, and close new business within a specified territory. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for the sales and support of BMT USA pharmaceutical, biotech, and laboratory equipment consisting of cGMP and laboratory-grade steam sterilizers, pure and clean steam generators, dry heat ovens, and service contracts for both existing and potential clients in the assigned territory.

increasing BMT USA’s market share and building brand loyalty through the development of positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

· Plan, prioritize, monitor, and track all sales cycle events.

· Apply knowledge of BMT USA’s services, products, and marketing to assist customers in finding the right solution for their specific requirements and generate sales.

· Participate in industry trade shows to cultivate leads, improve BMT USA brand awareness, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients in attendance.

· Effectively and efficiently respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, functionality, and configurations via phone, email or in person communications.

· Generate project proposals with accurate and detailed information regarding offered products, services, and pricing.

· Utilize BMT USA CRM tools to record existing and prospective customer contact information, deals, communications, events, and won or lost sales.

· Develop and deploy sales strategies or campaigns to generate new project opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields of study desired.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.

· Management (CRM) software is strongly preferred.

· Strong sales and/or marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
