Carboxx is now hiring Sales Professionals for our Government Boulevard location in Mobile, AL. We are looking for individuals who have the ability to quickly build relationships with clients, are task orientated, and have the desire to grow in their position. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media.
• Greet customers as they arrive and guide them through the buying process.
• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
• Contact customers daily from our lead system.
• Follow up with clients on a regular basis.
• Assist customers in choosing the perfect vehicle.
• Nurture and aid customers, leading through the entire sales process.
• Assist management in ensuring the lot and vehicles are merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.

REQUIREMENTS: Must have a valid driver's license.

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Strong customer centric personality
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
• Strong sales and/or customer service track record. Auto sales history is preferred, but not required.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic.
• Computer literate and have basic math skills.

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
