Sales - Pool Renovations

Looking for the right person who is goal oriented, ethical, able to deliver great customer service and most definitely a “people person”. Field experience in the pool industry? Use that knowledge to move into a lucrative sales position within the industry in which you have honed your skills. Locally owned and operated, we are a fast-growing swimming pool full-service retail operation with an ever-expanding Pool Renovation department. Great opportunity to make a great income.

Remember, this is a SALES Position. Your hands-on expertise will be utilized to help you work smarter, not harder.

• Prep/plaster
• Main Responsibilities
• Follow up company generated leads & pre-set appointments.
• Prospect & establish new leads.
• Develop and estimate bids that meet their vision and budget.
• Presentation of design/proposals of closing contracts.
• Serve as liaison between client & company through job completion.

Compensation: Salary plus commission.

Income range: Mid 5 figures and up - no cap on commissions.

Requirements:

• H.S. degree or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Minimum age per insurance requirements: 21

Pay: From $600.00 per week

• CPO Certified Pool Operator (Preferred)
