DBS Building Solutions is a leader in the commercial cleaning industry, currently servicing over 1300 cusotmers in 8 states.

Job Description
DBS Building Solutions is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced individual to spearhead our expansion into the DC-Maryland metro area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the sales industry, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills.

As an Outside Sales Representative you are responsible for the commercial account sales activities in your region and are expected to generate new account sales from leads provided by the company as well as your own leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of closing new business, including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals
  • Identify leads of target market through referrals
  • Qualify prospects through additional research and personal contact
  • Prepare for qualified appointments provided by the company
  • Travel to prospective account locations throughout region
  • Present to decision makers regarding services
  • Generate & deliver proposals to account prospects via email and follow up meetings
  • Update account records in our CRM
  • Follow up on proposals and presentations via phone and email
  • Collaborate with Management and team members
  • Develop and utilize a system to create leads and referrals
  • Review, follow up and work pipeline of leads in system

Compensation:

Total first year compensation can range from $65,000 - $90,000+, which includes $50,000 annual salary, uncapped monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
