We are looking for an ambitious Retail Sales Associate to join our team and help us take our sales and marketing process to a whole new level!

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will build and develop client relationships within local communities to promote our client's products and brands. We will support you by providing guidance from experienced sales professionals, hands-on training, and corporate-sponsored classroom training.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Responding to questions and giving information to the customers.
• Sharing product knowledge and providing recommendations to customers.
• Preparing merchandise and designing displays.
• Creating a positive customer experience and work environment.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Deliver training and sales tools to our reps to help them be more efficient and effective.
• Perform competitive research and help position us to win more customers.
• Work closely and build long-term relationships with product, product marketing, sales readiness, and sales leadership teams.
• Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the industry, sales and marketing.

Retail Sales Associate Requirements:

• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software and iOS systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking and people management skills.
