Wholesale Sales Coordinator

We are a leading Souvenir Company in Commerce, CA looking to hire a talented Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

· Assist sales team in all aspects of custom product development and customer
relations.

· Create and maintain customer files.

· Establish regular and continuous contact with our customers to review, revise and
approve artwork.

· Work closely with art department to develop custom artwork for customers.

· Coordinate receipt of customers’ purchase orders with production department.

· Participate in meetings with customers at trade shows, Zoom, and in-person.

· Travel to two trade shows a year.

Qualifications

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Power Point in particular).

· Attention to detail as well as strong organizational skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Experience with customer development and support.

· Self-starter with can-do and positive attitude.

· High school diploma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
