Position: Leasing Specialist
Location: The Heights at Columbia Knoll Senior Living Apartments

The Heights at Columbia Knoll is looking to add a Leasing Specialist to our team.

As a Leasing Specialist your duties include but are not limited to:

• Sell the property, using the leasing process from start to completion.
• Be the first point of contact for our prospects.
• Work with the team to ensure the community is tour ready.
• Tour prospective residents to sell apartment units.
• Follow-up timely on all pre-leases.
• Coordinate an excellent move-in experience for our new residents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in leasing residential property
• Minimum 1 year experience in LIHTC, preferred
• Demonstrated ability to sell the brand
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising sources

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
