Responsibilities:

Prepare and negotiate contracts on Customer’s behalf

Schedule/Show houses to potential buyers

Schedule/Meet Inspectors

Coordinate with Seller’s Agent, Mortgage/Lender, Title Company, etc. to bring about a successful transaction

Hold an Open House (when applicable)

Provide Customers and Business Partners with Excellent Service and Communication
