About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Market Lead that will be responsible for leading, building and growing the sales organization supporting SFBA. Their team will be tasked with executing on the growth goals across our Mid-Market and SMB B2B business. The Sales Market Lead will partner with the GM, Policy, and Customer Success teams to drive growth strategy and revenue generation. This is a player-coach role focused on building our next generation of Booster leaders!

You must be comfortable creating sales strategies, prospecting and closing sales. Successful candidates will be entrepreneurial, discontent with the status-quo and obsessed with improving anything they touch. They will be proven leaders with a strong work ethic and achievement oriented aptitude. We offer a competitive base salary and commission.

What you’ll do:

  • Test, Iterate and Develop scalable strategies to increase sales velocity and efficiency to fleet and last mile operators
  • Coach and build your team to get deals to the finish line - close!
  • Make sound judgment decisions, adapt in a dynamic and changing environment and be an advocate for our customers and company
  • Create and deliver scalable client-focused sales process and communication that address customer objectives and capture voice of customer
  • Develop solid relationships with peers across Operations, Policy, Account Management, and Revenue Operations by being an active team player
  • Identify and implement continual process improvement initiatives, share ideas to enhance the performance of the position, team, and company

About you:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales within a relevant fast-paced environment, prior leadership experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Passionate about helping your team achieve individual and team success. Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Impeccably detailed oriented; ability to think analytically about individual, team, and regional performance and use data to drive decisions
  • Familiarity with the unique demands of a start-up environment
  • Possess a consultative, customer centric selling philosophy anchored in integrity and ethics
  • Strong commitment to serving our customers

Salary: $105,000 base plus commission
