Beck Chevrolet in Yonkers New York is a family owned and operated Dealership in business since 1950.

Essential Duties as follows:

• The ability to immediately have a positive impact on the show rate of all digital leads.
• The ability to hire and train people for your department.
• Work closely with our Sales Manager on a daily basis to maintain strong positive communication.
• Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
• Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles and convert a high percentage into showroom traffic.
• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests, and providing general or related vehicle sales information.
• Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests.
• Gather and track all guest data as directed; accurately enter into our VinSolutions CRM.
• Bring your own proven detailed scripts and utilize the ones already being used by our dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealership's and manufacturer's objectives.
• Work closely with our Sales Representatives and F&I Department in a team-based environment.
• Facilitate timely follow-up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
• Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management.

Bi-Lingual Spanish/English is a definite PLUS!

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
