Strategic Sales Specialist (Closer) $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Pinnacle Groves by Abby Senior Living is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist who will be responsible for meeting with prospects, understanding their needs and who has the ability to make that personal connection in order to convert leads to closed sales. Through your ability to create instant rapport, you will assist prospects in making the best possible decision for themselves in choosing an Abby Senior Living community.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Understanding prospects needs and identify closing opportunities

Ability to overcome objections to generate a closed sale

Ability to simplify lease terms and move in process in a way that is persuasive and not overwhelming to the prospect.

Ability to identify the key decision makers and influencers.

Must be a good listener, self- motivated, have self-awareness and effective time management skills.

Experience with CRM database (Yardi experience is a plus!) and adherence to company sales process in tracking leads and “next steps” in CRM.

Ability to manage high volume tasks

Ability to achieve sales targets to maximize community occupancy
