Coin USA Inc. is part of a global network, specialized in the production of custom metal products with the headquarter in Berlin, Germany.

We produce bespoke metal products for marketing, branding, and personal events. Our products are manufactured in our own production facility and sold throughout the US and Europe.

Our worldwide clients include major international corporations, government agencies, nobility, military organizations, small and medium-sized businesses, and private individuals. Almost everyone has had one of products in their hand, including Obama and Queen Elizabeth !!!

Tasks

The Inside Sales Representative accepts new customer contacts (leads) that come in via email. He/she identifies relevant sales opportunities, does an initial review of the information over the phone or via email, and prepares an initial quote.

(!) There is NO cold calling or outbound sales.

Tasks:

• Consultaion calls by phone and email
• Quote preparation
• Placing of orders
• CRM management
• Close cooperation with the production team

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in internal Sales or Marketing
• Experience in B2B or B2C internal sales
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general PC skills
• You are structured and analytical in your work
