Full description of the position

VANA Laser Club is seeking a strong Concierge Sales Lead to plan, direct and execute the day-to-day sales in a face-paced medical spa environment. This individual is responsible for maintaining and fulfilling all sales duties and excellent customer experience by developing a patient pipeline and regularly following up with prospective and existing clients.

We are looking for a hard-working performer with a proven record of accomplishment in consultative sales and only candidates with professional sales and medical spa experience should apply.

Requirements


  • Perform consultations and close sales on new clients and upsell current clients
  • Meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales goals
  • Train, coach, and aid staff in achieving sales goals

Work Hours:

  • Our locations are open Monday-Thursday 10 am to 8pm, Friday 10 - 5pm Saturday 9am - 2pm

The Concierge Sales Lead will also:

  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of all services that VANA Laser Club offers as well as an understanding of the duties and tasked of the front desk, such as the check out and scheduling.
  • Communicate, implement, enforce and comply with all policies and procedures both individually and at the clinic level.
  • Coach individuals in meeting performance objectives, sales, and development goals.
  • Handle escalated client issues in a timely manner, escalate to management as necessary.
  • Continually works to improve leadership skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Audit clinic daily for cleanliness, maintenance issues etc.
  • Report all maintenance issues through proper channels same day, or as appropriate in an emergency.
  • Exhibit professionalism and behaviors reflective of a leader.
  • Contribute to building positive team morale and recognize accomplishments.
  • Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment, and utilize strong decision making, analytical, and follow-up skills. Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce , etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of consultative (face to face) sales experience (Medical Spa industry preferred)
  • 1+years of Management in overseeing staff (meeting/exceeding goals)
