We are hiring an Administrative Professional - Rental & Sales Coordinator to assist our Branch Manager, Sales, Service and Parts Departments in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Who we are:

Central Power Systems & Services (CPS&S) is the only authorized distributor for Allison Transmissions, Detroit Diesel, and MTU and Mercedes engines in Kansas, Missouri and Northern Oklahoma. CPS&S has been serving the Commercial Equipment needs of the lower Midwest region with top quality On-Highway, Industrial and Power Generation products and services since 1954.

What you’ll do:

You will support the Branch Manager, parts, service and administrative departments. Part of this job function will be to assist in the determination of parts requirements with customers, selling parts and providing order processing services.

Other responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Service department parts order processing.
• Customer parts order processing.
• Parts Department support
• Sales Department support
• Service Department support
• Support Branch Manager
• Issue PO’s
• Plan Spec Room downloads
• Greet incoming customers and vendors
• Answer incoming calls and carefully direct to the proper department or associate
• Support Rental Department
• Any other task as assigned by Manager

Qualifications:

• College degree is a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience in Office support
• Valid Driver’s License to run errands on behalf of the Company.
