Manager of Sales & Customer Management

Iron Heart Canning Co. is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and motivated Manager of Sales & Customer Management. This individual will be responsible for organizing and managing the entire sales process from business development all the way through to successfully completing first canning runs. This individual will manage existing customers throughout the southern region and grow those relationship needs. This is a unique opportunity in a fun and rapidly growing industry!

Responsibilities

• Establish new business opportunities
• Execute new customer onboarding process
• Provide support to customers throughout entire sales cycle
• Maintain and increase business within existing accounts
• Customer Management and retention of existing customers
• Managing customer relationships
• High level business review of key accounts
• Nurture customer relationships within territory
• Attend promotional events and guild engagement
• Lead generation of new accounts and product verticals

Requirements

• Industry insider with a passion for craft beer and/or wine
• Highly self-motivated and results oriented
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Three (3) years relevant experience in sales/beverage industry - craft beer or wine experience preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
