Job Title: Account Manager
Job Summary:
The Account Manager will serve as the liaison between the pharmacy and medical practices for onboarding new accounts and providing ongoing customer service support. They will also work alongside the sales team to resolve customer requests and provide order statuses in a timely manner. Customer support will be focused on maintaining prescriber satisfaction with a solution-oriented mindset, while raising the level of awareness and brand loyalty within Revelation Pharma therapeutic lines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Onboard new and prospective accounts.
- Serve as the primary contact for accounts and the sales team.
- Document all account interactions proficiently in sales CRM and within the Pharmacy Management Software (PMS).
· Respond to customer inquiries related to but not limited to pricing information, new product interest, requests for additional information.
· Does not engage in order fulfillment.
· Identify recurring/serious issues with clients. Leads the coordination of client meetings with operational staff to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Identify significant new business opportunities and diversify the providers prescribing habits in other therapeutic areas.
- Triage new accounts or prospective accounts to appropriate sales team members to ensure prompt follow-up on interests or product requests.
- Build and maintain contact with accounts to resolve challenges, facilitate client needs, and consistently educate on new compounded products and services.
- Work network pharmacies and sales teams on shared customers and related accounts as needed.
- Maintain a working knowledge of regulations impacting the compounding industry.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to speak with confidence and poise.
- Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and resolve.
- Experience in compounding pharmacy or within the medical or pharmacy industry.
- Genuinely interested and passionate about positively impacting patient care and the healthcare industry.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.) and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software.
- Ability to maintain records of business purchases and complete business expense reports.
- Pharmacy or physician office experience a plus.
Physical requirements:
· Ability to use a computer keyboard, fax machine, communicate by telephone, and lift to thirty pounds.
· Drive or sit for extended periods of time.
Salary:
· Base Salary $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Education:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required – In good standing with the Florida Board of Pharmacy if certified.
Experience:
- Account Management: 0-2 years (Preferred)
- Compounding or Retail Pharmacy Technician (Preferred but not required)
