Job describtion

We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associates to be responsible for all sales duties, from generating leads to closing sales. You will work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer's complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. You should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards. Your duties are to achieve excellent customers' service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. You will also expect to move appliances and occasionally assist customers with loading after a purchase.

Responsibility

*Ensure high level of customers' satisfaction through excellent sales service

*Access customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features

* Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries

*Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

*Maintain in-stock presentation condition assigned areas

Requirement

* Valid driver's license and have a reliable transportation

* U.S. citizen or permanent resident

* Pass a background check

* Work Hours are scheduled by each store. Stores hours are Monday thru Saterday from 8:30 am. to 7:00 pm. and Sunday from 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm. You will be scheduled for a 40- hour work week.

Commission

This job is commission based. You will receive $14 per hour and draw from the commission of sales (normally six figures).

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
