Position Summary:

Rare Editions currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Sales Representative for Junior's Dresses to join our sales team. The Sales Representative for Junior's Dresses will be responsible for maintaining the business of important, high-volume accounts. This role requires an organized, detail oriented, and motivated individual who wants to further their career with a dynamic, industry leading company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, achieving and surpassing the annual sales plan for assigned accounts/brands.
• Expand sales and accounts.
• Travel to accounts and potential accounts to grow business.
• Evaluate territory and/or store performance against established objectives/guidelines (sales forecast, budget, number of new accounts, gross margins, receipts, markdown allowance, RTVs and advertising expense, etc.) and take appropriate action to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain inventory and sales plans.
• Present and manage market week appointments.
• Other projects/duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience with MACYS, Belks, Dillards, JCP in Juniors is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• 3+ years of wholesale sales experience, preferably in Children apparel/Dresses.
• Able to travel and attend accounts
• Excellent sales acumen, analytical and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced with changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
