This job is a fun mix of sales, administrative, and operational tasks where you get the opportunity to be THE “go-to” person in our family-owned small business. Client Services Manager key job duties include:

• Develop rapport with clients, learning their needs, getting to know them personally
• Learn our service quoting process, and get great at it
• Answer incoming phone calls & emails from existing and potential clients, providing one call resolution to client service requests, schedule changes, and special situation handling
• Assist in customer relationship management by resolving customer issues and identifying pricing opportunities
• Learn and become an expert at running the office and supporting the needs of our teams in their daily operations
• Perform general office duties, accurately input data, and leverage technology efficiently

Client Services Manager Perks and Important Info:

• Monday to Friday, general business hours starting at 7:30AM - no nights and weekends!

Key Success Traits:

• Three years experience handling client services, combining sales, administrative, and customer service tasks, demonstrating stellar organization, accuracy, and follow-through
• Strong communication skills, demonstrated via phone, e-mail, and text

• Flexibility to adapt and improvise when things don’t go to plan

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with operations and dispatch in a service business is a plus!
• Inside sales experience encouraged to apply
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to leverage resources to get things done
• Spanish not required but is a bonus if you are familiar with it!

Pay: $54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
