Full description of the position

RAPIDLY GROWING company within the Fashion Industry is searching for a friendly and highly analytical Account Manager/Customer Service Specialist to join our customer care team. In this role, you will answer customer queries and resolve issues via appropriate channels, maintain knowledge of our products and services, obtain customer feedback, and assist with growing relationships with our existing account base.

A top-notch Account Manager/Customer Service Specialist will demonstrate excellent time management skills and be passionate about customer service and self-improvement. Ideal candidates should be great brand ambassadors who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and are passionate about growing our existing business.

Account Manager/Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Promptly responding to customer queries via email, phone, and social media channels.
  • Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with.
  • Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
  • Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products can be improved.
  • Familiarizing yourself with new products as they are introduced.
  • Answering product inquiries and suggesting information about other products.
  • Processing and entering order inquiries.
  • Understand and successfully recommend products from our diverse product line
  • Respecting client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Verbal, Written, Computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
  • Proven successful sales experience a plus
  • The employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time
  • Experience with inbound/outbound calling;
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus
  • Quickly adaptable to new systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as, independently
  • Must have experience working with computer programs such as SAP, Great Plains, Peachtree, etc as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
