Job Summary:

The AH- Agent Relations Commissions NG-Sr Associate is responsible for supporting Sales territories including their agents. This includes licensing and contracting of agents, resolution of technical submission issues, commissions and problem resolution of escalated issues that have the potential to damage a relationship impacting future sales volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sets up new agents’ commissions, quoting and new business submissions within system
• Responds to agent commission and policy inquiries. Explains agent options.
• Addresses agents 1099 questions and 1099 corrections
• Performs compensation audits and resolves issues with finance on necessary adjustments
• Resolves escalated agent issues
• Updates leaders on potential agent issues that could impact sales
• Assists agents with licensing, appointment and contracting inquiries

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job does not have supervisory duties

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of experience
• Bilingual preferred but not required

• None

Functional Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate problem-solving skills
• Possess self-motivation to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
